Nisos Yacht Charter - Terms and Conditions
In accordance with the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 any advance payments made by clients in relation to a holiday deemed to be a "Package Holiday" under the aforemenioned Regulations will be paid into a Client Trust account maintained by Natwest Bank in the UK, until the holiday has been delivered. Skippered charters are deemed to be Package Holidays.
Deposit and final payments
We require a deposit of 30% to be paid when a holiday is booked. The final payment is payable 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday.
Payments can be made by bank transfer to our UK or Euro account at Natwest Bank, UK. We also accept payments by debit card and credit card. In order to offset fees imposed on us by Worldpay, we charge a 2.75% surcharge on payments made by credit card.
Cancellation of your holiday
You have the right to cancel your booking within seven days of Booking and you will receive a full refund of any payments made. All cancellations must be made by email to email@example.com.
If you cancel your holiday less than 8 weeks prior to the holiday departure date, then you remain liable for the full holiday cost. It is therefore imperative that you take out appropriate holiday travel insurance as soon as you have booked your holiday.
If you cancel more than 8 weeks prior to the holiday departure date then there will be no refund of your deposit, but you will not be liable for the final balance.
Complaints and feedback
If you have any complaints whilst out on holiday then these must be communicated to the Nisos Base team by calling 0030 6932717533 as soon as the issue arises so we have an opportunity to rectify the issue. If you feel the issue has not been addressed to your satisfaction, then we request that you put in writing your complaint to the UK office as soon as possible.
