We are seeking an individual to join the exceptional Nisos family for the 2026 season! It is a very varied role, being mostly shore-based and covering the following areas:

• Engineering
• Flotilla lead crew cover
• Skippered charters
• Informal sail training for clients requiring refreshers
• Turnaround work, including area and yacht briefs

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

• Strong boat engineering knowledge, being able to work independently in diagnosing and resolving common issues on sailboats, including electronics
• At least RYA Day Skipper qualified with extensive knowledge of the Ionian region
• Power boat licence/experience
• Great with clients
• Have a flexible attitude, work as part of a team with good humour and a great work ethic!

Start date: ASAP

Remuneration: Competitive for the area
