Our two villas have 3 bedrooms (two ensuite), with individual verandas, and are located on the hill behind Perigali on Lefkas Island. With spectacular sea views over Skorpios Island, a large private swimming pool, a modern fully equipped kitchen and full airconditioning, Villa Nisos and Villa Petaloutha are the perfect accommodation for your holiday on Lefkas. Lefkas is a wonderful island for a family holiday. Beautiful beaches, unspoilt Greek villages, great walks and of course a full variety of watersports to keep even the most active family members busy. Villa Hire Prices 2009 season - Low season (October through to May) - £1,300 per week
- Medium season (June and September) - £1,600 per week
- High Season (July and August) - £1,800 per week

Villa Nisos was built in 2004 and is located in Perigali on the east coast of Lefkas Island. - 2 double bedrooms (each with ensuite bathrooms)
- 1 twin bedroom (can form a double bed if required)
- all bedrooms have verandas with sea views, overlooking the enchanting islands of Skorpios and Meganissi
- fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer
- large dining room / lounge with large covered veranda
- fully air-conditioned throughout and central heating/open fire for winter use
- large private heated swimming pool and outdoor entertainment area, with BBQ and garden furniture
- twin garages and ample parking.
- the villa can sleep up to 6 people (or a few more with use of camp beds)
- a 20 minute walk sees you in the bustling town of Nidri, where an extensive range of shops and tavernas can be found. Five minutes walk down the hill is Perigali quay, where we keep our fleet of sailing yachts. We can organise day sailing if required and the hire of motor boats and a car.

Villa Petalouda was built in 2005 and is located in Perigali on the east coast of Lefkas Island. - - 2 double bedrooms (each with ensuite bathrooms)
