From August 8 to 22 I sailed between the Ionian islands aboard Cloud Nine, the Bavaria 44 - 4 cabin from Nisos. We were 8 and the boat was very well equipped and comfortable and acknowledge that the management of Nisos is the most organized I have ever met. The only difficulty I have is with the language but everything was well explained and clear already from reading the web site. One problem we had with the sail was quickly resolved and we did not lose any sailing time. "This was our first yacht charter and initially we found it somewhat daunting deciding where to go and which company to book with.  We chose Nisos because they seemed a friendly, personal and reliable company; we were not disappointed.  Booking was simple, everything was as described and there were no hidden extras.

"To Laurie, Kate, Rowan and all the team at Nisos.  Once again we find ourselves back from a wonderful holiday in the Ionian - this is our third time with Nisos and this year we treated ourselves to three whole weeks.....absolute bliss!  We had Gabriella (Bavaria 44) for the first two weeks, a bold move on our part as she is a relatively large boat for just two people....but she's extremely comfortable, handles beautifully and knowing the Nisos team were never far away made all the difference.  For our third week, we sailed Olive (Bavaria 36) - again a perfectly maintained boat and a bit easier to manage!  We did have to call the team out a couple of times, but their promptness in sorting out a sick outboard (immediately replaced with a brand new one), and an unhappy charging circuit meant we were not inconvenienced one bit...we just soaked up the sun whilst the team arrived in the high speed RIB and sorted out the problem.

We will definately be back, and anyone looking to charter in this part of Greece would be well advised to talk to Nisos.
