"Brian and I have recently returned from our third holiday on Gabriella the 44 foot three cabin Bavaria.  We arrived to be met once again by a smiling Kate and as ususal were greeted as long lost friends.
 
We stepped on Gabriella and she was just as we had left her three seasons ago, our having tried some other countries over the last few years, which sadly Nisos do not have any bases in.  We were able to get away the same day and spent the night in Little Vathi.
 
Horror of horrors the next morning Brians front tooth broke in half at breakfast and we spoke with Kate who immediately jumped into action.  She rang a dentist and organised for us to go to Lefkas that lunch time.  No only that they arranged to meet us in Nidri, secured us a berth and then drove us to the dentist, waited and brought us back.
 
Mid week we had a slight problem with the aft heads, we rang Laurie and said we were on our way to Sivota, we met up just outside the port and they sorted us out in no time.
 
This is the sort of service everyone should get  and we are aware that a lot of people don't.
 
We cannot thank everyone enough for their efforts to ensure we had a good holiday despite our problems.  We would and do recommend Nisos to everyone we speak to and have given out many brochures out during our travels.  We are only sorry we cannot spend more time out in Greece.
 
Some people may worry that Garibella is getting old now, do not be put off.  Her condition is excellent, far better than some newer yachts run by other companies.  That together with the space makes for a really comfortable holiday down below.  If and when we every manage to buy our own yacht, it will be Nisos who we will be looking to to take care of it.

"Both Cloud Nine (Bavaria 44) and Good News (Bavaria 34) were in excellent condition.  Nisos has always excelled in this area.  I have chartered boats from all around the UK and in Greece and none of my previous experiences have matched the quality of Nisos Yachts.

The Vee belt broke on Good News one evening, but we were able to reach our destination with no problems.  The Nisos team were with us early the following morning as planned.  He fitted a new belt, topped up the coolant and checked and tested the system.  Things like this are inevitable when sailing and the "measure" of of the charter company is in their response.  Nisos dealt with this in a first class manner and I could not have expected anymore."

"We had a fantastic week with you in Christopher Robin; she is as you said a super yacht to sail and very well laid out inside.  Quality is a very difficult thing to tie down, but the operation in Lefkas run by Laurie and Kate is the epitome of excellence in yacht chartering.  The boat was in first class order, and having witnessed the thoroughness of the team preparing her for our successors, as we waited to head home, I can see how much hard work is put into the task.  I hope that Laurie will forgive our call-out to Sivota to fix the heads - a leaking pump turned into a particularly unpleasant couple of hours for him; reminiscent of the sort of 'blow-back' we used to occasionally have in submarines. 
Getting away on the Sunday evening and not having to return the yacht until the Monday morning makes a huge difference - seven nights for the price of five!
I very much hope that we will be able to sail with Nisos again next season.

"Laura and I are back from our wonderful holiday in Greece and want to express our sincere thanks to the Nisos team for helping make it possible. It all started with you and your quick response on our Email enquiry, we enquired re yacht charter with two other companies the one replied long after we had already paid for our charter with you and the other one never even bothered.

You then continued with follow up’s on our Emails where we asked all types of questions regarding bareboat charter and the Ionian sea as it was our first bareboat charter. Your Emails made us feel more relaxed, confident and very excited about our trip. Next we arrived at Preveza airport and were met by a very pleasant taxi driver, quite an unusual experience, we were then whisked off to Nidri to meet Olive.

On arrival at Nidri we were met by Laurie who’s confident smile we will never forget, I don’t think in the short time we spent with Laurie on arrival and when delivering Olive back to base did we ever see him stop smiling what an amazing happy man, we were then handed over to the very talkative Richard who went thru Olives systems with us and gave us some good advice on places we should visit also an pleasant experience, and then last but definitely not least we spent a very wonderful afternoon with Les on stern to mooring, Les has to be the most enthusiastic, larger than life instructor we have ever met and he is definitely an asset to Nisos, could you please convey our great appreciation to him for his superb tuition and sound advise and let him know we never let him down with the stern to mooring we did it like champions, even when been put under tremendous pressure in Kioni when we arrived at harbour the same time as a Dutch flotila ,Laura even gave advice to another Yachtie at big Vathi on when to drop the anchor, you would swear we had been doing the stern to mooring thing for a long time.

Regarding the yacht Olive she is in superb shape and one would never guess that she was 4 years old, I am sure it has a lot to do with Nisos’s maintenance procedures.
